Content Policy 🤩

This Content Policy explains which content we accept for promotional campaigns on https://www.fansapper.com. It summarises section 8 of our Terms and Conditions, which forms part of every order. If this page and the Terms differ, the Terms prevail.

1. Your responsibility

1.1 You are responsible for the content you ask us to promote, including texts, images, videos and links.

2. Content we accept

2.1 We only promote content that:

  • is lawful in the European Union and in the countries where it will be seen;
  • is yours, or for which you have all the rights and permissions needed, including from people who appear in it;
  • complies with X’s rules, including its rules on paid partnerships and on sensitive media.

3. Content we do not accept

3.1 We do not promote content that:

  • is sexually explicit or pornographic, or links to such content;
  • promotes gambling, weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, financial products that require authorisation, or any other product or service that X or applicable law does not allow to be advertised;
  • is misleading, defamatory, hateful or harassing;
  • infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy.

4. Review before publication

4.1 We review every piece of content before publication. We may refuse or remove content that does not comply with this policy.

4.2 If your content is refused or removed and you do not replace it within 7 days, we may cancel the unperformed part of the order. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy then applies.

5. Permission to publish

5.1 By sending us content, you authorise us to reproduce and publish it on the pages included in your order, for the duration of the order and for any permanent posts you have bought, only in order to perform the service.

6. Third-party claims

6.1 You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content you supplied in breach of this policy. This does not apply to claims caused by our own fault.
