These Affiliate Program Terms (“Affiliate Terms“) govern participation in the Fansapper affiliate program (the “Program“) on https://www.fansapper.com (the “Website“). By registering as an affiliate you accept these Affiliate Terms. You can download or print this page at any time.

In these Affiliate Terms “Fansapper“, “we“, “us” and “our” refer to Phoenix Web Srl. “You” and “Affiliate” refer to the person or business taking part in the Program.
2.1 The Program is a single-level referral program. You earn commissions only on orders placed by customers you refer directly through your own referral link. There are no commissions on sub-affiliates or on orders referred by other affiliates.
2.2 Commissions are credited exclusively as store credit on your Fansapper account. They are never paid in money: there are no cash, bank-transfer, card or other payouts of any kind.
2.3 The Program is managed with the AffiliateWP software on the Website. Your affiliate area shows your referral link, your referrals and your store-credit balance.
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into contracts.
3.2 You must register through the affiliate registration page and give true and complete registration details. You may hold only one affiliate account.
3.3 We may accept or refuse an application and may close accounts that breach these Affiliate Terms (see section 8).
4.1 Fansapper sells promotion and marketing services on X (formerly Twitter) through our network of accounts and partner publishers. The specific features of each service are those described on the relevant service page of the Website (such as Network, Ultra, Shoutouts or Monthly Plans) at the time of purchase and stated in the customer’s order and order confirmation email. We do not guarantee any result. The full description is in our Terms and Conditions (https://www.fansapper.com/terms-and-conditions).
4.2 You must describe our services accurately and consistently with section 4.1.
5.1 Rates. You earn 15% on the first order of each customer you refer and 10% on that customer’s later orders, for as long as your affiliate account is active and the Program runs. Commissions are calculated on the amount paid for the order, excluding VAT. If we change the rates, the rate that applies is the one shown in your affiliate area when the referred order is placed.
5.2 Tracking. A referral is recorded when a visitor reaches the Website through your referral link and then places an order. Tracking uses the AffiliateWP referral cookie, which is placed only if the visitor consents to marketing cookies through our cookie banner (Complianz). If the visitor does not consent, the referral may not be recorded and no commission is due. The duration of the referral cookie is shown in our Cookie Policy (https://www.fansapper.com/cookie-policy-eu).
5.3 When store credit is credited. A commission is added to your store-credit balance once the referred order can no longer be cancelled for a refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy (https://www.fansapper.com/refund-policy). Until then it is shown as pending.
5.4 No commission is due on:
If store credit has already been credited for such an order, we may remove it from your balance.
6.1 Store credit can be used only to pay, in whole or in part, for services on fansapper.com, under our Terms and Conditions.
6.2 Store credit has no cash value: it cannot be converted into cash, withdrawn, refunded in money or exchanged for any other benefit.
6.3 Store credit is personal and not transferable: it cannot be sold, assigned or given to another person or account.
6.4 Orders paid with store credit follow our Terms and Conditions and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Where an order paid with store credit is cancelled for a refund, the part paid with store credit is returned as store credit, not in money.
6.5 No expiry. Store credit does not expire: it remains available for as long as your affiliate account is open.
6.6 Forfeiture when participation ends. If you leave the Program or your affiliate account is closed for any reason, all store credit accumulated on your account and still unused when participation ends is forfeited and lost, and it is not paid out or converted in any form (see section 8).
7.1 You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in every promotion, for example with “#ad” or “affiliate link”, in line with X’s rules and applicable law.

8.1 You may leave the Program at any time by writing to support@fansapper.com. If we decide to end the Program or to close your affiliate account without a breach on your part, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email; during this notice period you can still use your accumulated store credit under section 6.
8.2 If you breach these Affiliate Terms, in particular section 5.4 or section 7, we may suspend or close your affiliate account immediately.
8.3 When your participation ends, whether because you leave the Program voluntarily or because we close your affiliate account (including for a breach of these Affiliate Terms), all store credit accumulated on your account and still unused when participation ends is forfeited and lost. This credit is not paid out, refunded or converted into cash or any other benefit. For a closure without breach, participation ends at the end of the 30-day notice period under section 8.1. Please use your store credit before you leave the Program.
We process affiliates’ personal data, and the limited order data shown to affiliates, as described in our Privacy Policy (https://www.fansapper.com/privacy-policy). You see only the order ID, amount and date of referred orders, never the customer’s name or contact details. You must not try to identify or contact referred customers through the Program.
We do not guarantee any level of referrals, commissions or store credit. Section 12 of our Terms and Conditions applies to our liability under these Affiliate Terms, with the necessary changes. Nothing in these Affiliate Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Affiliate Terms. Each new version is published on this page with its version number and date. Where changes are significant, we will inform active affiliates by email. Changes do not affect commissions already credited as store credit.
12.1 These Affiliate Terms are governed by the law of Italy.
12.2 If you take part as a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
12.3 If you take part as a business, the courts of Salerno (Italy) have exclusive jurisdiction.
